Mezco seems to be mostly disliked here, it also could have its own general but never has. I’ve always thought most of their figures look pretty good, I still think they have the best looking classic Superman. Sometimes the cloth seems a little too big, but most of the time it’s not that bad.

This retard was arguing about 3.75" scale in the 1:18 JoyToy thread too just filter him at this point
>>10967756>Like is quality synonymous with articulation? On Facebook he clarified that quality is about the actual plastic of the figure and joints and presentation/material of the packaging, Basically if it feels like a good, solid toy when you open it as well as being attractive on card if you're that kind of collector.Accuracy is more about the details being right and specifically paint applications. Such as, is it important to you that Sabine has all of her armor painted correctly if it locks her into a Deluxe pack every time or would you take simplified deco (such as the Epic Heroes figure) to put her on a standard card?
>>10967874It's easily the best looking 6" ESB figure. The rangefinder on mine is a little loose but it still stands up right unless I fiddle with it. Just be careful with it if you get one. I had mine displayed and then my toddler slammed the door to my office which made him take a little tumble and the rocket on his jetpack snapped off since it's just hard plastic with no flexibility.
>>10967874>>10967881He's easily the best option, but I hate the proportions and size. I kinda hope Hasbro takes another crack at him and doesn't fuck everything up like they did with the RotJ one
>>10967504>1. World BuildingThe entire point of this scale, to me, is that it allows for playsets and vehicles to be a reasonable size.>2. Character DepthI consider this to be a part of worldbuilding. A wide variety of characters to fill out the playsets and vehicles is a necessity.>3. AccuracyThe figures should look like they do in the films, and since others are saying that quality refers to articulation and packaging, I think that honestly a lot of figures in the line are over-articulated. There is no reason why an imperial officer or some background character like fucking Yakface needs the same level of articulation as a jedi.>4. QualityArticulation is important for some characters, but less important for others. They should focus on saving money where they can by using cheaper articulation on figures that you aren't expected to pose dramatically, so that those figures can have better/more paint and more accessories or soft goods. Quality of packaging doesn't matter at all to me.>5. NostalgiaNot even something that I think about. I wasn't alive for the Kenner days so I couldn't care less. I buy the figures for the figures themselves. The cardback packaging is neat I guess, but I would rather the line adopt a more simple packaging style and only use the bubble cards for special releases.
Lego mocs and moc discussion
>>10966772Oh hey that's my moc. Thanks for using it as the thumbnail image, here's another one of my Wild West buildings
Here's the interior
>>10967714I like the political bribe setup in one of your mocs and the details are super impressive. Real talk and don’t be freaked out how do you all these and have space if you’re mobile and have limited space? I’m asking more like how do you moc in limited spaces with such detail and what do you do with them after?
>>10967714>>10967715The lego ideas designer program one looks better imo
>>10967869that's fair enough, this was made in one day mostly with parts I already had.>>10967745Oh yeah outside the bank, haha thanks. As for space, well I really don't have much space. I display these wild west builds at various conventions around the UK so while I'm not working on them they stay in large containers in the corner of a room. For the time being I have overtaken the dining room table as my mocing space, but soon I plan on moving it to a spare room once I've had a chance to clear out all the unneeded shit in there.

Discuss all things Street Sharks here.-Toys?-Comics?-Likely new show?
You know what is the biggest problem with the OG Street Sharks is that the paint on the rubbery parts starts to crack off as time goes on.It's very difficult to find one with good paint in my experience.
>>10967877>It's very difficult to find one with good paintAnd yet people will still try and charge you through the nose for it. That's why I'm glad this new series of figures is coming out.
Guesses on when the new show is getting announced?I'd say before this year's SDCC so the trailer can be shown.

>>10967882Like I said I think they fucked up by releasing a blank Aerial first, people just went for the HG to get one with Permet lines and everything else is going to P-Bandai for the initial release underperforming.

Why is Hasbro so obsessed with making GI Joe relevant despite the public obviously not giving a shit about it (And discovering that real war is shit unless it's sci-fi or features giant robots)?Even Mattel seems to have figured out it's impossible to make Masters of The Universe popular again and is switching to Street Sharks.
>>10963019So I did get Robo Joe based on your recommendation, he's a very fun chunky figure. Also got Star Brigade Destro for him to shoot at. Not sure if this thread is the place to post vintage Joe's or just Classified, but I'll have to post some pictures of the vintage collection I've managed to accrue over the last month. It's been pretty fun to get into. Will definitely take other vintage recommendations if anyone has some.
>>10967827Im going to call every post you would make to any reply with >nuh uh>Doesnt count>We don't know real sales>Haslab is propped by resellers>Muh bbts stockCool now you can act like you won the thread and say the same shit in the Warhammer threads.
>>10967827>impossible to make Masters of The Universe popular again and is switching to Street SharksI don't think Mattel is switching to Street Sharks so much as they're gambling on Street Sharks. Unless we get new media tie ins, that line isn't going farther than the original roster. And the failure of Masters isn't a failure in the sense it simply cannot work, it's their refusal to properly evolve it in any meaningful way for a modern audience. Think Transformers and TMNT, those things constantly refresh themselves while keeping the core theme. Those brands aren't making the common mistake of trying to age it up with the fans, they're cycling them in and out.
>>10967902The CGI show did try to change things, but unfortunately kids today think swords and sorcery is boring. At least with Street Sharks kids today love sharks and big, beefy things (Just look at Moose's in-house toylines like Goojitsu and Beast Lab, that even features humanoid sharks.).
